Bernard Pierson is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EHP Capital, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment firm with offices in Kansas City and Miami. He leads acquisitions, underwriting, and capital markets for the firm.
He founded Equiti Partners to acquire and operate value-add multifamily assets in resilient U.S. markets. That platform later combined with Hawk-Eyed Legacy to form EHP Capital.
Bernard began his career in ground-up development, leading the delivery of more than 100,000 square feet of single-family homes and condominiums, including land and infrastructure work. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a BS in Business Administration from American University, earned a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
